A busy retail store is seeking an experienced Manager to oversee the daily operations of the business and ensure everything runs efficiently. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who enjoys managing staff, improving store performance, and creating a welcoming environment for customers.

The Store Manager will be responsible for supervising employees, maintaining operational excellence, overseeing customer service, and ensuring the store meets its sales and performance goals. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment while effectively managing multiple responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the retail store

• Supervise, motivate, and support store staff

• Deliver outstanding customer service and resolve customer concerns

• Monitor store performance and help achieve sales goals

• Ensure merchandise is properly displayed and well stocked

• Manage inventory, stock levels, and ordering as needed

• Train and mentor new employees

• Coordinate staff schedules and daily workflow

• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional store environment

• Ensure company policies and operational procedures are consistently followed

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of management experience required

• Previous retail and customer service experience required

• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

• Comfortable using computers and point-of-sale systems

• Proficient in English, both written and verbal

• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities

• Ability to multitask and perform well in a fast-paced environment

Schedule:

• Sunday: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM

• Monday – Wednesday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

• Thursday: 10:00 AM – 9:00 PM

• Friday: 8:30 AM until 2 hours before Shabbos

Salary: $85,000+/year
