The Homecare industry is seeking an HR Coordinator to join their team in Boro Park. This entry-level position offers an opportunity for growth within the company, with training provided to ensure success in the role. As an HR Coordinator, you will assist in various aspects of human resources management, contributing to the smooth operation of the organization.


  • Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process of new employees.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate employee training and development activities.
  • Assist with benefits administration and enrollment processes.
  • Respond to employee inquiries and provide support as needed.
  • Assist in the coordination of HR events and programs.
  • Contribute to the implementation of HR initiatives and projects.
  • Perform other HR-related tasks and duties as assigned.


  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in work.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred, but not required.
  • Previous HR experience or relevant internship is a plus.

Location: Boro Park

Salary: $25-$28 per hour
