The Warehouse Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency, organization, and timely coordination of inventory and shipments. This role requires a proactive leader who can manage staff, communicate with trucking companies, and handle day to day operational challenges with confidence.

The ideal candidate is detail oriented, dependable, and capable of both strategic planning and quick decision making. This position requires strong leadership, the ability to manage a team, and a hands on approach to warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily warehouse operations and ensure efficiency

• Manage inventory and maintain accurate tracking systems

• Communicate directly with trucking companies and drivers

• Supervise warehouse staff, including hiring and termination when needed

• Plan ahead to ensure smooth workflow and operations

• Make quick decisions and adjustments as needed

• Operate equipment such as forklifts when required

• Maintain organization and safety standards within the warehouse

• Ensure proper coordination of shipments and deliveries

Qualifications:

• Prior warehouse management experience required

• Strong leadership and team management skills

• Basic computer and inventory management knowledge required

• Ability to communicate effectively with drivers and vendors

• Highly organized and detail oriented

• Strong decision making and problem solving abilities

• Forklift operation experience required

• Reliable and responsible with a strong work ethic
