The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 6 years of extensive sales experience and a proven track record of significant sales growth. This role includes directing and hiring a sales team to drive substantial sales.

Responsibilities:

• Lead, direct, and build a high-performing sales team.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies.

• Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
