Our life insurance company is seeking an organized and proactive Office Admin to manage various tasks including illustrations, bookkeeping, and customer service. Experience is not required, making this an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to start a career in office administration within the life insurance sector.



Responsibilities:

  • Manage and create illustrations for life insurance policies.
  • Handle bookkeeping tasks to ensure accurate financial records.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
  • Assist with general office duties and support the team as needed.



Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic knowledge of bookkeeping is a plus but not required.
  • Ability to learn quickly and work independently.



Location: Boro Park



Salary: $60K-$70K
