We are looking for a highly skilled Finish Carpentry & Design Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for architectural detail, experience in technical construction, and a passion for high-quality craftsmanship. This role involves working closely with clients, contractors, and design teams to bring projects to life with precision and excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform finish carpentry and architectural corrections to ensure high-quality design execution.
• Apply technical construction knowledge to enhance project efficiency and accuracy.
• Work directly with clients, architects, and contractors to ensure project goals are met.
• Provide exceptional customer service with strong interpersonal communication.
• Oversee project planning, material selection, and on-site execution.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in finish carpentry and construction design.
• Strong knowledge of architectural details and technical construction methods.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and teams.
• Ability to problem-solve and make architectural corrections as needed.
• Experience in custom projects and high-end construction is a plus.

Salary: $100,000-$150,000
