Our large clinical company in Lakewood is seeking a Director of Recruitment to oversee all recruitment activities in the nursing homes industry. This position offers a competitive salary ranging from $100k to $200k. As the Director of Recruitment, you will be responsible for leading our recruitment team and ensuring the successful acquisition of talent for our organization.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent to the company.
• Lead and manage a team of recruiters, providing guidance, support, and training as needed.
• Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and priorities.
• Utilize various recruiting methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals, to source candidates.
• Conduct interviews and make hiring decisions in collaboration with hiring managers.
• Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process.
• Analyze recruitment metrics and performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices.
• Represent the company at job fairs, networking events, and industry conferences.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Proven experience in recruitment, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Deep understanding of the nursing homes industry and recruitment best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of relevant employment laws and regulations.
• Proficiency in recruitment software and applicant tracking systems.
