Long Description:

We are seeking an organized and personable Intake Coordinator to join a growing ABA organization in Lakewood. This role is responsible for managing incoming inquiries, maintaining strong communication with parents, and ensuring a smooth intake process from initial contact through scheduling and onboarding.

The Intake Coordinator will follow up on leads, assist with scheduling evaluations and services, and support recruitment coordination as needed. This position requires maturity, strong communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain professional relationships with families.

The ideal candidate is responsible, detail oriented, and comfortable managing multiple tasks while staying proactive with follow ups. This is a hands on role suited for someone who thrives in a fast paced environment and enjoys working closely with parents and internal teams to ensure a positive experience.


Key Responsibilities:

• Manage incoming parent inquiries and follow up on leads

• Schedule evaluations and coordinate service start dates

• Maintain accurate records and documentation

• Communicate consistently with parents regarding next steps

• Support recruitment coordination and scheduling

• Ensure smooth onboarding for new families


Qualifications:

• Some prior office experience required

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Mature and professional demeanor

• Organized with strong follow up ability

• Comfortable multitasking in a fast paced environment

Location: Lakewood, NJ

Type: Full time

Salary: $50,000–$65,000/year
