We are looking for a talented Amazon PPC Manager to join our e-commerce team in Howell, NJ. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience managing PPC campaigns, specifically on Amazon, and possess outstanding leadership skills. You will be responsible for developing and executing PPC strategies, optimizing campaigns for maximum performance, and leading a team of marketing professionals. This role offers a competitive salary of $100k, with additional performance-based bonuses, and is in-office only.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize Amazon PPC campaigns to drive traffic and increase sales.
• Develop and execute effective PPC strategies aligned with company goals.
• Analyze data to measure campaign performance and implement improvements.
• Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance and support.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and changes in PPC and Amazon advertising.

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience managing Amazon PPC campaigns.
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams.
• Proven track record of optimizing PPC campaigns for performance.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work full-time in-office in Howell, NJ.
