A growing software company is seeking a highly skilled and experienced UI Designer to create polished, intuitive interfaces for its software products. This is an experienced level position for someone who understands how real software products are structured and can take complex functionality and translate it into clear, professional user interfaces.
The UI Designer will work closely with product and development teams to design screens, workflows, layouts, components, and overall user experiences. The ideal candidate has strong visual design instincts combined with a practical understanding of how users interact with software.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design professional user interfaces for software and technology products
• Create screens, layouts, workflows, components, and interactive experiences
• Translate complex software functionality into clean and intuitive interfaces
• Develop wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and final UI designs
• Maintain consistency across screens, components, and product experiences
• Work closely with product and development teams to bring designs into production
• Improve existing interfaces based on usability needs and product requirements
• Build and maintain scalable design systems and reusable UI components
• Ensure designs are practical, responsive, and developer ready
• Manage multiple design projects and revisions in a fast paced software environment
Qualifications:
• 3+ years of professional UI design experience required
• Professional experience designing for software, SaaS, technology platforms, or digital products required
• Strong portfolio demonstrating advanced UI design work required
• Strong understanding of interface design, layouts, typography, spacing, visual hierarchy, and usability
• Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, components, and complete application screens
• Strong understanding of modern software and web application design
• Ability to translate complicated workflows into simple, user friendly experiences
• Experience working closely with developers and product teams
• Strong attention to detail and visual consistency
• Must be able to independently produce high quality, production ready UI work
• Entry level candidates will not be considered
