The Purchaser will oversee all internal purchasing needs across departments, including sourcing, ordering, and tracking materials and services such as office supplies, equipment, tools, and maintenance contracts. This role requires excellent organizational skills, strong vendor relationship management, and the ability to execute cost-effective purchasing strategies that keep the company running efficiently.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all internal purchasing requests and ensure timely fulfillment of company needs.
  • Source, negotiate, and process purchase orders for a wide range of items and services.
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with vendors and service providers.
  • Track orders, deliveries, and invoices to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
  • Monitor stock levels and anticipate future purchasing needs.
  • Support cost optimization through vendor negotiation and strategic sourcing.
  • Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and documentation standards.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in purchasing or procurement, ideally in a manufacturing or large-scale facility.
  • Strong communication, organization, and vendor management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP or purchasing software.
  • Detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and able to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
  • Proactive mindset with strong ownership and accountability.

Salary: $70,000–$100,000/year
