The Project Manager will oversee large scale window manufacturing projects from initial planning through production, delivery, and post delivery follow up. This role requires close coordination with internal production teams, installers, vendors, and customers to ensure projects stay on schedule, within scope, and meet quality and specification requirements.
The ideal candidate has experience managing construction related projects involving windows or building materials, understands project timelines tied to manufacturing and delivery, and communicates effectively across teams. This is a hands on role suited for someone who takes ownership and sees projects through from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage window manufacturing projects from inception through completion
• Coordinate project timelines with production, logistics, and delivery teams
• Review and interpret construction drawings, window schedules, and specifications
• Serve as the main point of contact for customers, contractors, and internal teams
• Track project milestones and proactively resolve issues
• Ensure accurate delivery, installation coordination, and post delivery follow up
• Maintain detailed project documentation and reporting
Qualifications:
• 3+ years of project management experience in construction, window manufacturing, or building materials
• Strong understanding of construction workflows and manufacturing timelines
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and shop drawings
• Excellent communication, coordination, and problem solving skills
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Team oriented with the ability to manage multiple active projects
