The HR Director will oversee all human resources functions within a Skilled Nursing Facility environment, including recruitment, employee relations, compliance, and staff management. This role requires a strategic leader who can build and manage HR systems while supporting day to day operations in a fast paced healthcare setting.
The ideal candidate has executive level HR experience, understands the complexities of staffing in healthcare, and can implement processes that support growth, compliance, and a strong workplace culture. This role requires someone professional, articulate, and able to communicate clearly across all levels of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee all HR functions within the facility
• Manage recruitment and staffing efforts
• Handle employee relations and performance management
• Ensure compliance with healthcare and labor regulations
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures

• Maintain efficient HR systems and processes
Qualifications:
• Executive level HR experience required
• Experience in SNF or healthcare strongly preferred
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Knowledge of labor laws and compliance requirements
