We are looking for a motivated Sales Rep for a lighting manufacturer to travel throughout Pennsylvania, meet with potential customers, and close deals. This role offers a small base salary plus commission, with projected earnings of $100k+ within 1-1.5 years.

Responsibilities:

• Travel throughout Pennsylvania to meet with potential customers.
• Present and sell lighting products to clients.
• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.
• Close deals and achieve sales targets.
• Provide excellent customer service and follow up on client needs.
• Stay informed about industry trends and product knowledge.
• Report on sales activities and outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the lighting or related industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel extensively throughout Pennsylvania.
• Self-motivated with a drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Proficiency in using sales software and CRM systems.

Location: Pennsylvania (travel throughout the state)
