We are looking for an experienced Internal General Contractor to join a mental health clinic located in Central PA. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in overseeing construction and maintenance projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. You will be responsible for managing contractors, coordinating facility improvements, and ensuring compliance with safety and building codes. This role offers a competitive salary between $125k and $175k, depending on experience.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all construction and maintenance projects within the facility.
• Coordinate with contractors, architects, and internal teams to ensure project completion.
• Monitor budgets, timelines, and quality control for all construction efforts.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes and safety regulations.
• Manage facility improvements and ongoing maintenance tasks.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a General Contractor, with expertise in managing construction and maintenance projects.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and project management.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and manage complex timelines.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Experience in healthcare or mental health facility construction is a plus.
