We are looking for an Experienced Loan Processor to join our mortgage team in Brooklyn. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in processing mortgage loans, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail. You will work closely with loan officers, underwriters, and clients to ensure efficient and compliant loan processing from start to finish. Responsibilities:

• Process mortgage loan applications accurately and efficiently.
• Review and verify loan documentation, including income, credit, appraisal, and title information.
• Work with loan officers, underwriters, and clients to ensure timely processing of loans.
• Ensure all loan conditions are met and prepare loan files for closing.
• Maintain up-to-date and accurate loan records.
• Resolve any issues or discrepancies that arise during the loan process.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Loan Processor in the mortgage industry.
• Strong knowledge of mortgage loan guidelines, regulations, and compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple loans and deadlines effectively.
• High attention to detail and organizational skills.
