We are looking for an experienced and strategic Director of Marketing to oversee and drive the company’s digital marketing initiatives. This role will be responsible for developing and executing marketing campaigns, optimizing customer acquisition funnels, and strengthening the company’s brand presence online.

The ideal candidate will be highly skilled in performance marketing, paid media campaigns, and digital growth strategies, with a strong understanding of analytics and conversion optimization. This is an excellent opportunity for a marketing professional who enjoys both strategic planning and hands-on execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Build, manage, and optimize landing pages to improve lead generation and conversion rates.
• Manage Meta (Facebook/Instagram) advertising campaigns and paid acquisition funnels.
• Develop, launch, and oversee a referral marketing program to increase customer acquisition.
• Manage and grow the company’s social media presence across relevant platforms.
• Strengthen and maintain the company’s online brand identity and digital footprint.
• Monitor campaign performance and analyze marketing data to optimize ROI.
• Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement effective marketing strategies.
• Stay updated with digital marketing trends and recommend innovative growth strategies.

Qualifications

• Experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, or marketing leadership roles.
• Strong knowledge of Meta Ads, paid acquisition funnels, and landing page optimization.
• Experience managing social media platforms and digital brand strategy.
• Ability to analyze data and optimize campaigns for performance and ROI.
• Excellent communication and strategic planning skills.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple marketing initiatives.
