A growing company is seeking a Performance Marketer to take full ownership of its digital marketing efforts, with a strong focus on Meta (Facebook and Instagram) advertising. This is a hands on, execution heavy role focused on driving leads and revenue through paid media.

The ideal candidate has direct experience building, managing, and scaling campaigns, and is comfortable working independently while making data driven decisions. This role requires someone who can actively manage campaigns day to day, optimize performance, and continuously improve results.

This position is best suited for someone who understands performance marketing deeply, is comfortable working with budgets, and can take full ownership from strategy through execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create, launch, and manage Meta (Facebook and Instagram) ad campaigns

• Monitor and optimize campaign performance on a daily basis

• Scale high performing campaigns and eliminate underperforming ones

• Manage and allocate monthly ad budgets (minimum $20K+)

• Conduct A/B testing across creatives, audiences, and copy

• Build and optimize landing pages and conversion funnels

• Analyze performance metrics including CPA, CTR, ROAS, and conversion rates

• Utilize AI tools to improve efficiency and campaign performance

Qualifications:

• Proven hands on experience managing Meta Ads campaigns

• Experience managing $20K+ monthly ad spend required

• Strong understanding of performance marketing and conversion optimization

• Experience running campaigns end to end

• Ability to work independently and execute daily tasks

• Familiarity with email marketing platforms and automations

• Experience using AI tools in marketing workflows

Preferred:

• Experience with Google Ads

• Experience in lead generation businesses

• Basic design or creative skills (Canva or similar)
