Drive New Business in Financial Wellbeing — Sales Lead Opportunity


Our client, an established name in the employee benefits and financial wellbeing space, is looking to bring in a sharp, results-driven Sales Lead to reinvigorate their new business engine. This is a hands-on, high-activity role designed for a natural hunter who thrives on pipeline generation, prospecting, and closing, not someone looking to sit back and manage.


Frustrated with a bloated comp plan and not enough real impact? This is a rare chance to step into a sales leadership role with a mandate to perform, backed by a product that’s already proven in the market.


The company is reshaping its go-to-market motion, and this role is at the core of that change. You’ll take ownership of outbound activity and pipeline growth, while also leading a small but capable team of SDRs (currently 1 to 2). This is a builder’s role, perfect for someone who wants responsibility, not red tape.


  • You’re a grinder, not a passenger. Comfortable in the trenches, on calls, chasing deals, and driving momentum daily.
  • You bring domain knowledge within the AVC/Employee Benefits space
  • You’re motivated by ownership and outcomes.
  • You want to lead, but still sell. This isn’t about managing dashboards — it’s about generating results.
