Apply for this job

B2B marketing is crowded with safe ideas, recycled playbooks and campaigns that blend into the background. Our client is looking for someone who sees that as a problem worth solving.

This is an opportunity for a Senior B2B Marketing Manager to take full ownership of how a fast growing, purpose led fintech builds demand, supports sales and expands its employer footprint. The company already works with respected organisations and is now ready to scale its B2B growth with a marketer who can think strategically and execute relentlessly.

This role is not about managing agencies or writing decks that never ship. It is about building real momentum in the market and owning the outcomes.

The company operates in the financial wellbeing space, using technology to help people make better financial decisions throughout their lives. Their B2B offering enables employers to support their workforce with smarter financial guidance, tools and products.

The Senior B2B Marketing Manager will own marketing across the entire employer journey. From brand building and awareness through to lead generation, nurture, conversion and retention, this role sits at the heart of revenue growth.

It is a hands on position for someone who enjoys creating campaigns from the ground up, writing the content, managing the channels and measuring what works. The successful candidate will act as the connective tissue between marketing, sales and account management, ensuring every activity drives meaningful commercial impact.

Responsibilities in this role are broad, deep and highly impactful.

Campaign ownership will be central. The Senior B2B Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing compelling narratives that position the company clearly in the market and resonate with employer audiences. This includes building and executing multi channel campaigns across thought leadership, webinars, events, organic social and PR, with a clear point of view and consistent messaging.

Lead generation is another core pillar. The role will own the design and optimisation of acquisition funnels, particularly across channels such as LinkedIn and paid social. This includes developing creative that cuts through, testing messaging, refining audiences and improving conversion at every stage.

Sales and account enablement is a critical responsibility. The role will ensure that commercial teams are equipped with high quality collateral, including sales decks, case studies and supporting content that helps move prospects through the buying journey and supports expansion within existing accounts.

CRM and lifecycle marketing will also sit within scope. The Senior B2B Marketing Manager will build and manage nurture journeys across the customer lifecycle, using segmentation and personalised messaging to drive engagement, accelerate sales conversations and improve retention. This includes working hands on within the CRM to design, execute and optimise campaigns.

Throughout all of this, the role owns the numbers. Performance tracking, reporting and continuous optimisation are expected, with a clear link between activity and revenue impact.

This opportunity will suit a B2B marketing generalist with a strong creative instinct and a bias towards action. Someone who enjoys autonomy, takes ownership naturally and holds themselves to a high bar of quality.

The company is looking for candidates with several years of B2B marketing experience, ideally within fintech, SaaS or employee benefits, and a proven track record of delivering multi channel campaigns that drive growth. Experience working directly with CRMs such as HubSpot and hands on execution across paid and organic channels is essential.

In return, the role offers a competitive salary, bonus, remote first working with occasional London presence, and the chance to build career defining work in a growing business with a meaningful mission.

For marketers who want real ownership and visible impact, this is a role worth serious consideration.
