Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and entrepreneurial AI Automation Lead to build, lead, and scale a growing AI Automations practice. This is a unique leadership opportunity that combines business process consulting, client advisory, automation strategy, and department leadership. The successful candidate will work directly with business leaders and executive teams to identify operational challenges, uncover automation opportunities, and guide organizations through AI-driven transformation initiatives. This is not a traditional sales or technical engineering role. It is a strategic, client-facing position for someone who can lead executive conversations, facilitate workshops, map business processes, and help organizations leverage AI and automation to improve efficiency and outcomes.
What You’ll Do
Client Advisory & Process Consulting
- Lead client workshops and discovery sessions with executives and departmental stakeholders
- Conduct gap assessments to identify automation and AI opportunities
- Analyze and map business processes, workflows, and operational inefficiencies
- Help clients align business objectives with AI and automation solutions
- Facilitate productive discussions and maintain momentum during executive-level meetings
AI Automation Leadership
- Lead the development and growth of the AI Automations practice
- Manage project flow, priorities, and department initiatives
- Take ownership of departmental success, growth, and long-term strategy
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver automation solutions that solve real business problems
Thought Leadership & Content Creation
- Serve as a subject matter expert for AI and automation initiatives
- Create educational and promotional content including:
- LinkedIn content
- Short-form videos
- Industry insights
- Help position the organization as a leader in AI-driven business transformation
