Position Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Infrastructure Engineer to partner directly with executive and technical leadership in solving complex technical challenges, driving strategic initiatives, and helping shape the future growth of the organization. This is not a traditional senior engineer role. We are looking for someone who combines deep technical expertise with strong business acumen and leadership presence. The ideal candidate is capable of operating as a trusted advisor, challenging ideas constructively, thinking strategically, and helping guide both clients and the business toward better outcomes. Key Responsibilities
Technical Leadership
- Serve as a senior technical resource for complex infrastructure, systems, and engineering challenges
- Partner closely with technical leadership on architecture, strategy, and problem-solving
- Act as an escalation point for high-level technical issues and critical client situations
- Provide guidance on infrastructure design, modernization, and best practices
- Help drive technical excellence across the organization
Strategic & Business Partnership
- Contribute to long-term business and technology planning
- Bring a business-minded approach to technical decision-making
- Challenge assumptions and provide thoughtful recommendations when appropriate
- Help identify opportunities to improve client outcomes, operational efficiency, and service delivery
- Participate in strategic discussions related to growth, scalability, and client success
Client Engagement
- Build trusted relationships with key clients

Required Experience
- Extensive experience in infrastructure engineering, systems engineering, or senior technical leadership roles
- Proven ability to solve complex technical problems independently
- Strong background in designing, implementing, and supporting modern IT infrastructure environments
- Experience working directly with executive leadership, stakeholders, or strategic client relationships
