Position Overview
We are seeking a well-rounded Level 2 Systems & Network Technician with strong hands-on experience across both systems and networking environments. This is a highly independent, travel-focused role supporting client deployments and infrastructure projects throughout the United States. The ideal candidate is technically strong, organized, comfortable working autonomously, and enjoys being in different environments regularly. This position is best suited for someone who thrives in project-based MSP work and enjoys both infrastructure deployment and hands-on implementation.

Key Requirements
- MSP experience required
- Valid driver’s license required
- Ability and willingness to travel extensively (up to 75%)
- Ability to work independently with minimal oversight
- Strong systems and networking experience
Travel & Logistics
- 100% remote when not traveling
- Travel to client sites across the United States as needed

What You’ll Do
- Assess site readiness and develop integration plans
- Install and configure:
- Servers and virtual machines
- Firewalls, switches, wireless access points, and cameras
- PCs, printers, scanners, and office technology
- Configure and support network infrastructure
- Install software packages and upgrade systems with new releases/models
- Support migrations:
- Legacy software migrations
- Server migrations and virtualization
- PC refreshes and data migrations
- Set up new office environments and infrastructure
- Oversee low-voltage cabling vendors and assist with cabling work when needed
- Mount TVs and assist with conference room technology deployments
- Collaborate with Project Managers on scopes of work (SOWs)
- Work with vendors to integrate specialized industry equipment
- Coordinate with internal data center and project teams
- Develop documentation, best practices, and support procedures
- Train staff on newly implemented technologies
Technical Experience
The ideal candidate will have experience with:
- Windows Servers and virtualization
- Networking infrastructure and deployment
- Firewalls, switches, wireless, and security equipment
- Server and VM setup
- Office buildouts and migrations
- Cat5/6 cabling and infrastructure installations
- Systems upgrades and hardware deployments
