We’re looking for a Network Engineer who enjoys designing and improving network environments while continuing to grow their technical and leadership skills. This role blends hands-on engineering, technical guidance, and collaboration with other teams to deliver reliable, secure, and scalable networking solutions.
You don’t need to be an expert in everything on day one. What matters most is a strong networking foundation, curiosity, and the ability to learn, collaborate, and help standardize best practices across environments.
What You’ll Be Doing
Network Design & Engineering
- Help design, implement, and support secure and scalable network solutions
- Work with technologies such as routing, switching, firewalls, wireless, SD-WAN, and cloud networking
- Support enterprise and multi-client environments with guidance from senior team members
Technology & Innovation
- Stay up to date with networking trends, tools, and best practices
- Learn and contribute to areas like network automation, cloud networking, and security improvements
Solution & Standards Development
- Assist in building repeatable, standardized network solutions and documentation
- Help develop templates, playbooks, and reference designs that make deployments more efficient
Pre-Sales & Planning Support
- Partner with sales and service teams to help scope solutions and explain technical options
- Participate in solution discussions and help align technology to client needs
Team Collaboration & Mentorship
- Work closely with other engineers, service teams, and leadership
- Share knowledge and help support junior engineers as you grow into a technical leader
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone with a strong networking background who wants to continue building depth and leadership skills.
- Around 5–7+ years of networking experience. Comfortable with core networking concepts:
- Routing & switching (Cisco, Aruba, or similar)
- Firewalls, VPNs, and network security fundamentals
- Wireless networking

Tools & Technologies You’ll Work With
- Cisco / Aruba networking equipment
- SD-WAN and VPN solutions
- Firewalls and network security platforms
- Azure and/or AWS networking
- Monitoring and documentation tools (ConnectWise, Visio, etc.)
Why This Role Is a Great Opportunity
- Clear path to senior network engineering or architecture roles
- Opportunity to influence standards and long-term network strategy
- Mix of hands-on work and higher-level design
- Supportive team environment with room to grow
- Encouragement for certifications, training, and continuous learning
Education & Certifications (Nice to Have)

- Certifications such as:
- CCNP / CCIE
- Azure Network Engineer Associate
- CISSP (a plus, not required)
