This role involves planning, scoping, and executing infrastructure upgrades, migrations, and deployments, as well as auditing client environments, identifying gaps, and remediating issues—especially in regulated environments. • Identify gaps and remediate configurations to meet established standards
  • Document project plans, progress, and completion reports
  • Create and maintain alignment checklists, audit templates, and remediation documentation
  • Coordinate with internal leadership on compliance-related configurations
  • Communicate project status, findings, and recommendations clearly to clients
  • Identify recurring misconfigurations and recommend process improvements
  • Assist with escalations when project workload allows

  • Strong Microsoft 365 administration experience, including:
  • Entra ID
  • Conditional Access
  • Exchange Online
  • SharePoint
  • Hands-on networking experience (not just conceptual):
  • Firewalls
  • VLANs

  • Strong focus on security best practices:
  • MFA enforcement
  • Least privilege access
  • Endpoint protection
  • Backup verification
  • Ability to independently audit environments and develop remediation plans
  • Experience with RMM/PSA tools (ConnectWise, Autotask, Datto, or similar)
  • Strong documentation skills
  • Clear communication skills, especially with non-technical clients

What Success Looks Like

  • Well-executed projects delivered on time and to standard
  • Clean, secure, and fully aligned client environments
  • Strong documentation that supports long-term service delivery
  • Clear communication with clients and internal teams
