About the Role
We are seeking a driven Technology Sales Executive (Hunter) to help grow our presence in the Utah market by developing new business relationships and closing managed IT services opportunities. This is a true hunter role focused on prospecting, relationship building, and consultative selling. You’ll work directly with business leaders to identify technology challenges and position solutions that improve security, productivity, and operational efficiency. What You’ll Do
- Generate new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, referrals, and community engagement
- Schedule and conduct in-person meetings with prospective clients
- Lead consultative sales conversations focused on managed IT services, cybersecurity, cloud solutions, and technology strategy
- Develop customized solutions aligned with client business objectives
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through contract negotiation and close
- Collaborate with technical and service delivery teams to ensure successful client onboarding
- Build long-term relationships with business owners and executive decision-makers
What We’re Looking For
Required
- 3+ years of outside B2B sales experience with a proven record of meeting or exceeding goals
- Experience managing the full sales cycle independently
- Strong prospecting, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented mindset
- Excellent communication and networking abilities
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Preferred
- Technology, MSP, IT services, SaaS, telecommunications, or cybersecurity sales experience
- Experience selling into:
- Professional Services
- Engineering Firms
- Government Organizations
- Experience selling to SMB and lower mid-market organizations (25–250 employees)
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent business experience
