What You’ll Do:

  • Provide leadership, support, and development to a production team of up to 115 employees, including supervisors and unionized staff.
  • Support the Site General Manager in driving safety, quality, and production excellence.
  • Collaborate with the Maintenance Manager to ensure seamless plant operations.
  • Lead process improvement projects using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
  • Deliver on operational KPIs through effective decision-making.
  • Promote continuous improvement through clear communication with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Build and develop diverse teams and foster an inclusive culture.


What You’ll Bring:

  • Excellent communication and coaching skills to build accountability and engagement.
  • Post-secondary education in industrial technology, engineering, forestry, business administration, or management (degree, diploma, or trade certification).
  • 4+ years of managerial or supervisory experience in an industrial or production environment.
  • Proven ability to achieve top performance while maintaining safety and quality standards.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
