💰 Base Salary: $100,000 – $120,000 + Commission & Benefits

About the Role:

Are you a dynamic sales professional with a strong background in freight forwarding and logistics? We are seeking a Freight Forwarding Sales Representative to drive business growth and expand market presence in California. This role offers a competitive base salary, an aggressive commission structure, and the opportunity to work with a well-established global freight forwarder.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop & Execute Sales Strategies – Identify, target, and secure new business opportunities in international and domestic freight forwarding.
• Client Relationship Management – Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring top-tier service and customized logistics solutions.
• Market Expansion – Utilize industry knowledge to penetrate new markets and enhance company visibility within California.
• Revenue Growth – Drive sales of air, ocean, and domestic freight services, meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
• Negotiation & Pricing – Prepare and deliver pricing proposals, negotiate contracts, and structure solutions that align with client needs.
• Collaboration – Work closely with operations, customer service, and management teams to ensure seamless execution of logistics services.

Qualifications:

✅ Experience – 3+ years of sales experience in freight forwarding (air, ocean, or domestic transportation).

✅ Industry Knowledge – Strong understanding of logistics, supply chain, and international trade regulations.

✅ Network & Prospecting Skills – Proven ability to develop leads and close deals in a competitive market.

✅ Communication – Excellent verbal and written communication skills for client presentations and negotiations.

✅ Self-Starter – Ability to work independently while collaborating with internal teams to drive success.
