This position will be responsible for managing key client accounts, tracking and tracing shipments, and coordinating with carriers to ensure smooth freight operations. As the first point of contact for our clients and carriers, you will play a vital role in maintaining excellent relationships and ensuring the timely, cost-effective delivery of goods.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain client accounts, providing exceptional customer service.
• Track and trace shipments, ensuring on-time delivery and resolving any transit issues.

• Negotiate rates and ensure carrier compliance with company and industry standards.
• Provide accurate reporting on shipment status and account performance.
