We are seeking a motivated Domestic Freight Sales Representative who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to develop new business opportunities. 📌 Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new customer relationships across domestic freight markets (LTL, FTL, expedited, etc.)
- Prospect, cold call, and generate leads to build a strong book of business
- Present customized transportation solutions that meet customer needs
- Negotiate pricing and contracts to ensure profitability and long-term partnerships
- Collaborate with internal operations and dispatch teams to ensure seamless service
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
✅ Requirements:
- 2+ years of sales experience in domestic freight or 3PL preferred
- Proven ability to generate new business and close deals
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Self-driven, accountable, and results-oriented
- Familiarity with CRM tools and TMS systems is a plus
