You will be responsible for growing our customer base while maintaining and expanding an existing book of business.

Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development:
- Actively prospect and identify potential clients in the domestic freight market.
- Develop and execute strategies to secure new business and achieve revenue targets.
- Present tailored freight solutions to meet clients’ specific needs.
- Account Management:
- Manage and grow an assigned book of business by fostering strong client relationships.
- Conduct regular check-ins and provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
- Proactively identify opportunities to upsell and expand existing accounts.
- Collaboration and Reporting:
- Work closely with operations teams to ensure seamless execution of freight services.
- Provide regular updates on sales activity, pipeline, and forecast to management.
- Stay informed on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record in domestic freight sales or a related logistics/transportation role.
- Strong hunter mentality with experience in developing and closing new business.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and grow existing accounts.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Knowledge of freight forwarding, supply chain solutions, or logistics services.
