Key Responsibilities

• Perform insurance gap analyses and provide tailored recommendations
• Meet with clients to discuss Medicare, life insurance, disability coverage, and more
• Collaborate with planners and wealth advisors on integrated financial strategies
• Guide clients through Medicare planning and enrollment
• Stay updated on industry best practices and regulatory changes
• Educate clients to empower confident decision-making
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and documentation requirements
• Work cross-functionally with tax, estate, and financial professionals
• Build long-term client relationships through events, workshops, and ongoing support

Required Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in insurance planning or Medicare consulting
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field
• Active Life & Health Insurance License in Connecticut
• Active Medicare License (Access Health license preferred)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong analytical ability and attention to detail
• Client-first mindset with professionalism and integrity
