About the Opportunity:

As a Domestic Freight Sales Representative, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving our business growth by developing new customer relationships, providing innovative freight solutions, and helping us continue to deliver outstanding service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and secure new business opportunities in the domestic freight market.
- Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with shippers, carriers, and industry partners.
- Negotiate competitive freight rates and deliver solutions that meet client needs.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering insights and customized logistics solutions.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, ensuring a seamless experience from lead generation to order fulfillment.
- Work closely with operations teams to ensure timely and accurate freight movement.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in domestic freight sales, preferably in a 3PL environment.
- Strong knowledge of the transportation and logistics industry, including freight rates and market trends.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and proactively to drive results.
- Familiarity with logistics software and CRM tools.
