About the Opportunity:

We are a rapidly growing third-party logistics provider (3PL) offering top-notch domestic freight services nationwide. As a Domestic Freight Sales Representative, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving our business growth by developing new customer relationships, providing innovative freight solutions, and helping us continue to deliver outstanding service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and secure new business opportunities in the domestic freight market.
  • Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with shippers, carriers, and industry partners.
  • Negotiate competitive freight rates and deliver solutions that meet client needs.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering insights and customized logistics solutions.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, ensuring a seamless experience from lead generation to order fulfillment.
  • Work closely with operations teams to ensure timely and accurate freight movement.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in domestic freight sales, preferably in a 3PL environment.
  • Strong knowledge of the transportation and logistics industry, including freight rates and market trends.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and proactively to drive results.
  • Familiarity with logistics software and CRM tools.
