We are seeking a Full-Time Faculty member specializing in Aviation Flight Operations for a well-established aviation program. This role focuses on shaping the future of aviation through education and hands-on training.
Candidates should have a master's degree in aviation, aerospace, engineering, or management, with a doctorate preferred. FAA ground or flight instructor certification is required, including the ability to teach private, instrument, and commercial ground school courses (multi-engine preferred). Experience with turbine/jet operations and FAA part 121 or 135 is highly desired.
The faculty member will teach 24 credit hours per year, advise students, maintain a professional agenda, and contribute to the university community. This position is a unique opportunity to mentor the next generation of aviation professionals.
