Job Title: Sales Representative – Domestic Freight Services (PHX Territory)

Salary: $80,000 base + uncapped commissions

Job Description:

As a Sales Representative covering the Phoenix territory, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by selling our domestic freight services, including asset-based solutions, warehousing, and 3PL services. You will be tasked with building strong relationships with shippers, manufacturers, and other key decision-makers to identify and fulfill their transportation needs. This position offers a competitive base salary and an uncapped commission structure, providing significant earning potential for top performers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to target new business within the Phoenix territory.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers and key stakeholders.
• Identify customer needs and offer customized freight, logistics, and warehousing solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and service excellence.
• Achieve and exceed sales goals through effective prospecting, lead generation, and closing.
• Provide market insights and customer feedback to the operations team.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of successful sales experience in transportation, logistics, or freight services.
• Proven ability to close deals and meet/exceed sales targets.
• Strong knowledge of domestic freight, warehousing, and 3PL services.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to travel within the Phoenix territory as needed.
