We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Landscape Architect to join our dynamic team in Dubai. The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping the landscape architecture aspects of large-scale developments in the region.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design Leadership: Utilise a strong creative background to guide and contribute to the design phases of large-scale developments.
2. Client Interaction: Present ideas and proposals to clients, providing expert advice and coordination as needed to ensure client satisfaction.
3. Collaboration: Coordinate effectively with other design consultants to integrate landscape elements seamlessly into multidisciplinary projects.
4. Project Management: Oversee the entire lifecycle of landscape design projects, from initial concept through to final delivery, ensuring quality and timely completion.
5. Contractual Compliance: Review project schedules and deliverables to ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
6. Meetings and Workshops: Arrange and lead meetings and workshops to facilitate communication and collaboration among project stakeholders.
7. CAD Expertise: Prepare detailed CAD drawings, taking concepts through to tender documentation.
8. Submittal Review: Review and evaluate submittals across various landscape projects to ensure quality and adherence to design standards.
9. Team Leadership: Mentor and manage junior staff members, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented work environment.

Requirements:

• Qualifications: Degree in Landscape Architecture or a related field.
• Experience: Proven experience in leading landscape design through various project phases, especially in the context of large-scale developments in the region.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in CAD and other relevant design tools.
• Communication: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and project stakeholders.
• Team Player: A collaborative mindset and the ability to work seamlessly with cross-functional teams.
• Management: Demonstrated ability to manage projects and mentor junior staff.
• Revit and BIM knowledge/experience
