Senior Account Executive – Supply Chain & SaaS Solutions

In this role, you will work directly with industry-leading customers to help them optimize their supply chain and business operations. What You'll Do:
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term success.
- Develop detailed business plans to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Manage middle-market and enterprise sales cycles, from initial outreach to deal closure.
- Support and develop strategic channel partnerships to drive new business opportunities.
- Identify and pursue leads through targeting, networking, and leveraging partner relationships.
- Present and demo supply chain software solutions, creating excitement around our technology.
- Lead negotiations on contracts and pricing with prospective clients.
- Stay informed on cloud technology, retail, eCommerce trends, and integration requirements to deliver tailored solutions.
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline data in Salesforce.
- Travel to client sites and industry events, including Modex, Manifest, IWLA, and Catalyst.
- Take initiative in developing and leading new sales strategies and projects.
What You'll Need:

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.

5+ years of progressive sales/business development experience, with a track record of owning the full sales cycle, prospecting leads, and closing deals.
- Experience selling SaaS solutions is required; experience in eCommerce, supply chain, WMS, or ERP solutions is preferred.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM platforms.
- Working knowledge or background in supply chain operations.
- Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to influence new and existing customers.
- Proven ability to problem-solve, stay organized, and follow through on commitments.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to engage internal and external partners.
- A flexible and curious mindset, eager to learn and share knowledge about new technologies.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as needed.
