Marketing Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the CMO to execute annual and quarterly marketing plans.
- Implement multi-channel marketing strategies, including email campaigns, webinars, content creation, direct mail, and digital advertising, to generate leads and recruit loan officers.
- Develop and manage automated lead funnels using HubSpot (or similar CRM platforms).
- Partner with key stakeholders to set clear objectives, track KPIs, and provide regular performance reports.
- Monitor, analyze, and optimize marketing initiatives for maximum effectiveness.
- Create compelling marketing materials, such as flyers, fact sheets, and eBooks, to support campaigns and recruitment efforts.
- Assist current loan officers with marketing requests and support their success.
What We're Looking For:

2+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on the responsibilities listed above.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
- Strong digital marketing expertise, including email marketing, social media, and digital advertising.
- Proactive and enthusiastic team player with excellent communication skills.
- Experience with HubSpot (preferred) or other CRM platforms.
- Familiarity with Figma (preferred) or design tools such as Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, or Canva.
- Tech-savvy with a strong ability to learn new systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel & PowerPoint) or Google Workspace (Sheets & Slides).
