Business Development Graduate | Finance

The Opportunity


You’ll join a high-performing sales team within a business scaling rapidly across Australia and APAC.

Day to Day:


  • Drive new business acquisition through outbound prospecting and relationship building
  • Leverage company data tools and LinkedIn Premium to identify and target clients
  • Build long-term relationships across niche markets globally – from mining companies to NGOs and charities in developing markets
  • Partner with clients to deliver tailored solutions across FX, payments, and multi-asset services
  • Manage your own pipeline and book of business with full ownership of revenue outcomes

What you bring?


  • 1–2 years’ experience in sales or a performance-led role is a bonus

  • A strong interest in finance or a degree in economics, finance, or similar
