The Opportunity


You’ll be responsible for driving top-of-funnel growth — identifying, qualifying, and developing opportunities that feed into the senior team’s closing pipeline.


This isn’t a micromanaged environment. You’ll have the freedom to structure your day, focus on high-value outreach, and use your commercial instincts to open meaningful conversations with CFOs, finance leads, and business owners.

What You’ll Be Doing


  • Generate and qualify new business leads across key sectors (import/export, professional services, SaaS, logistics, manufacturing).
  • Map out decision-makers and initiate first-stage conversations.
  • Present high-level payment, FX, and treasury solutions that solve real business pain.
  • Collaborate with senior advisors to prepare proposals and support deal progression.
  • Maintain pipeline accuracy in CRM and report outreach results weekly.
  • Stay close to market trends, competitor movements, and global FX shifts.


What You’ll Bring


  • Proven B2B sales or lead generation experience — ideally in finance, payments, FX, or professional services.
  • Confident communicator who can hold their own with senior executives.
  • Naturally curious about how money moves — and how businesses can move it better.
  • Self-starter mindset: you don’t need hand-holding, just clear direction and accountability.
  • Comfortable working remotely and managing your own time.
  • Driven by results, not routine.
