Job Title: IT Compliance Administrator

Location: Springfield, IL

Overview

The IT Compliance Admin ensures adherence to regulatory, security, and operational compliance across all systems that support UI/UX programs and AEM environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain compliance documentation, audit reports, and system evidence.
• Ensure processes follow ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR, and internal IT governance frameworks.
• Monitor user access, permission reviews, and change-management workflows.
• Ensure AEM and UI/UX platforms follow compliant data-handling procedures.
• Coordinate with security, DevOps, and design teams on compliance requirements.
• Conduct periodic system and process audits.

Required Skills

• Understanding of IT governance and regulatory standards.
• Experience with audit tools, access governance, and compliance reporting.
• Familiarity with AEM user roles, ACLs, and data policies.
• Strong documentation, communication, and policy-enforcement skills.
