Job Title: IT Development Administrator

Overview

The IT Development Administrator will support development environments, AEM instances, CI/CD workflows, and UI/UX project delivery. This role ensures smooth functioning of front-end development pipelines, AEM deployments, and design tool integrations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain development environments for UI/UX and AEM programs.
• Support code deployments, build pipelines, CI/CD, and version control systems.
• Configure AEM components, workflows, replication agents, and dispatchers.
• Collaborate with UX, UI, DevOps, and AEM engineering teams to enable efficient delivery.
• Automate repetitive tasks using scripts or DevOps tools.
• Troubleshoot build issues, deployment failures, UI rendering problems, and environment bugs.
• Maintain documentation for release processes and environment configurations.

Required Skills

• Experience with AEM (Sites, Assets), Apache Sling, OSGi.
• Knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JS) and UI build pipelines.
• Strong understanding of Git, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or similar tools.
• Ability to manage lower, staging, and production environments.
• Problem-solving and strong communication skills.
