Overview

The UX Writer / Content Strategist shapes the content experience across all digital products built on AEM. This role ensures content clarity, consistency, and usability aligned with UI/UX best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop user-focused content for interfaces, journeys, web pages, and digital products.
• Create UX copy, microcopy, CTAs, onboarding messages, and interaction text.
• Define content strategy, tone of voice, content models, metadata, and taxonomies.
• Work with designers to align content with wireframes, components, and user flows.
• Author and manage content in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
• Ensure accessibility, SEO, and brand governance standards are met.

Required Skills

• 3–6 years of experience in UX writing, content strategy, or digital content creation.
• Hands-on experience with AEM components, authoring, workflows, and content governance.
• Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and design systems.
• Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
