Job Title: Compliance Administrator

Location: Springfield, IL

Employment Type: Contract

 

Overview

The Compliance Administrator ensures that all content, workflows, and digital experiences delivered via AEM adhere to regulatory, legal, and organizational compliance standards. This role works across product, design, marketing, and security teams.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and enforce compliance across AEM content, assets, and workflows.
  • Validate content adherence to legal, regulatory, and privacy requirements (GDPR, ADA, etc.).
  • Conduct periodic audits of content, metadata, access permissions, and publishing logs.
  • Work with content creators, approvers, and designers to meet compliance guidelines.
  • Maintain documentation for governance, approval processes, and audit trails.
  • Collaborate with security teams to ensure compliance with identity, access, and retention policies.

 

Required Skills

  • Knowledge of digital compliance frameworks (ISO, SOC, GDPR, WCAG).
  • Experience with AEM user roles, permissions, and workflow auditing.
  • Strong documentation and governance capabilities.
  • Ability to coordinate with legal, security, and product teams.
