Job Title: UI Designer

Overview

The UI Designer creates visually appealing, user-centered interfaces for digital products delivered through AEM. This role translates UX requirements into intuitive and scalable design solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Create high-fidelity UI designs, responsive layouts, and design system components.
• Work with UX researchers and writers to bring user insights and content into designs.
• Design reusable UI patterns to be implemented as AEM components.
• Collaborate with AEM developers to ensure design feasibility and alignment.
• Prepare assets, design specifications, and interactive prototypes (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch).
• Maintain consistency across platforms, ensuring accessibility and brand adherence.

Required Skills

• 3-5+ years of UI design experience.
• Strong portfolio with web/mobile UI for enterprise or consumer digital platforms.
• Experience with design systems and component-based design.
• Familiarity with AEM component behavior, templates, and content structures.
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator.
