Job Title: UX Researcher

Location: Springfield, IL

Overview

The UX Researcher is responsible for uncovering user needs, behaviors, and pain points to inform the design of AEM-driven digital experiences. This role works closely with designers, product teams, and content authors to ensure insights drive UI/UX decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct user research using surveys, interviews, usability tests, and heuristic evaluations.
• Translate research findings into personas, journey maps, workflows, and experience insights.
• Validate wireframes, prototypes, and content structures with end users.
• Collaborate with UI designers, UX writers, and product teams to align design solutions with user needs.
• Work with AEM teams to ensure research supports component development and content architecture decisions.
• Maintain research repositories, documentation, and insights dashboards.

Required Skills

• 3-5+ years of UX research experience.
• Experience using tools like UserTesting, Optimal Workshop, Miro, Figma, Dovetail, etc.
• Familiarity with AEM authoring, content structures, and content models is a plus.
• Strong communication, analytical, and storytelling skills.
