Overview

The Content Approver ensures all digital content published through AEM meets brand, legal, design, and quality standards. This role is accountable for reviewing, validating, and approving content before it goes live.

Key Responsibilities

• Review content for accuracy, clarity, grammar, and compliance with brand standards.
• Validate content alignment with UI/UX guidelines, design systems, and page layouts.
• Approve content within AEM workflows and manage content versioning.
• Ensure accessibility, tone, metadata, and SEO requirements are met.
• Provide feedback to content creators and designers for improvements.
• Verify that content follows regulatory and compliance requirements.

Required Skills

• 3–7 years of experience in content review, editing, or digital content governance.
• Strong knowledge of AEM workflows, approval processes, and component behavior.
• Excellent attention to detail and understanding of brand guidelines.
• Familiarity with UX writing standards and content accessibility rules.
