Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated Outside Sales Representative to join this growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building client relationships, solving customer challenges, and working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound customer inquiries and follow-up via phone, email, and CRM
• Support the outside sales team with quoting and account management
• Prepare proposals, process orders, and track deliveries
• Provide product recommendations to meet client needs
• Maintain CRM records and manage key customer accounts

Qualifications:

• 1–3 years of sales or customer service experience (construction/industrial preferred)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Familiarity with CRM systems a plus
• Proactive, customer-focused, and goal-oriented
• High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred
