We are seeking a Skilled Trades Recruiter to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and placing skilled trade professionals within industrial, manufacturing, and mechanical environments. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruiting for roles such as electricians, mechanics, welders, millwrights, and other skilled trade positions. You will manage the full recruitment funnel, from sourcing to offer.

In this role you will,

• Source and attract skilled trades professionals through various channels (job boards, social media, referrals, etc.)
• Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidates for technical skills, experience, and fit
• Manage the full recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and negotiating offers
• Develop a talent pipeline of qualified candidates for future opportunities
• Provide candidate support throughout the hiring process, including interview preparation, client submissions, offer negotiations, and handling rejections when necessary

Qualifications

• Experience recruiting for skilled trades roles (industrial, manufacturing, or related sectors)
• Proficiency in using sourcing tools such as Indeed, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting software
