Employment & Labor Associate

About the Role
This position focuses on representing employers in a wide range of employment and labor matters, including workplace investigations, discrimination, wage and hour, and compliance counseling. The associate will provide practical, solutions-oriented guidance to employers across industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Defend employers in federal and state employment litigation.
- Advise on compliance with Title VII, ADA, FMLA, FLSA, and state equivalents.
- Draft and negotiate employment, separation, and confidentiality agreements.
- Conduct internal investigations and provide training on workplace policies.
- Support M&A due diligence on employment and labor matters.
Qualifications & Skills
- JD and active bar membership.
- 3–7 years of labor and employment law experience.
- Excellent writing and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines independently.
- Experience counseling HR teams and corporate leadership preferred.
