Key Responsibilities:

• Meet with inventors and draft/prosecute patent applications before the USPTO
• Conduct Examiner interviews and collaborate on claim strategies
• Manage a diverse docket for clients ranging from startups to Fortune 500 companies
• Assist with opinions, due diligence, freedom-to-operate, and landscape analyses
• Support post-grant proceedings, including Inter Partes Reviews

Qualifications:

• 2–5 years of patent prosecution experience
• Registered Patent Attorney
• Strong technical background (especially in EE, CS, ME, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biology, Physics, or IPR/litigation)
• Excellent writing, organizational, and communication skills
• Team player, self-starter, and client service oriented

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base salary: $165,000–$205,000 (DOE)
• Up to $15,000 trimester bonuses
